Rebecca provides both strategic and hands on people support for our team.  Having worked in the Engineering, Life Sciences, Construction and Charity sectors, Rebecca is motivated by drawing on those diverse experiences to help people achieve their best.

Rebecca supports as a true generalist covering talent development, acquisition and retention,  benefits and rewards, people policy and practice. Focusing on engaging, supporting and developing our people, Rebecca’s understanding of our unique culture and values helps us to deliver on our overall vision – a healthy planet for future generations.

Rebecca is passionate about people – outside of working with people, Rebecca is busy raising her own little people (!), socialising with her friends or carving out time for dancing, swimming and walking (sometimes mixing all of these activities!).
